Customer Service Associate (part-time)

We are looking for candidates who seek to build customer service skills in a long-standing, family owned business. Our Customer Service Associates are essential to our customers’ experience. Ideal candidates will be friendly, reliable, positive, and team-oriented. You will be responsible for greeting every customer with enthusiasm, promoting our services, and efficiently and accurately checking in customer orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to make a positive long-lasting first impression
• Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance
• Ensure all customer needs are satisfied in a prompt, efficient and professional manner on all incoming and outgoing orders
• Accurately handle all money transactions
• Promote Bright Bag and home delivery services to customers to increase program sales

QUALIFICATIONS
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and help at nearby store locations if needed
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours without a break.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Comply with company dress code and present oneself in a professional manner
• Available and able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• No previous dry cleaning experience required. Prior retail / service industry experience helpful

HOURS
Part-time hours totaling 15-20 hours per week. Hours will be scheduled within the following periods each week.
Monday – Friday | 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday | 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday | 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Hours vary and are somewhat flexible. Scheduling is done a month in advance.
