Try our express drop-off service, Bright Bags! Through this new service our regular customers can skip the wait when dropping off and picking up dry cleaning and laundry orders.
How it works
Purchase two Bright Bags for $5 and fill out the corresponding tag with your laundry preferences and information. If you would also like to speed up your pick-up process, we welcome you to complete a pre-authorization form so that we can automatically charge your card for each order.
Drop-off
No matter when you stop by, we’ll be ready. Bright Bags are accepted at all store locations during regular business hours. Additionally, a drop box is now available 24/7, just outside our Hodgson Road location, for those who work late or have busy schedules.
Pick up
If you fill out a pre-authorization form, your order will be charged to your card when it is available for pick-up. This information will be maintained and the cards will be charged by our store management and owners. Then when you stop into the store, you can grab your clothes and go!
If you aren’t interested in automatic charges, each time you pick up your Bright Bag order you can pay as you see fit.
What if my order is incorrect?
If we notice anything out of the ordinary in your Bright Bag order, we will call the number on file. If you are ever unsatisfied with the results of your dry cleaning or laundry order, we will gladly re-clean the item for free.
